I'm having the very same issue. I bought the router (RT-AC56U) last week and updated to the latest stable build (3.0.0.4.378_9529). The router did not show the Traffic Analyzer option on the sidebar.
Then I upgraded to the latest beta (9.0.0.4.380.2695). The option appeared on the sidebar, but it didn't work. Got the same error as you did.
