AC86U - torrent upload problems

I was running Download Master earlier, but now I'm using Transmission but there's almost no upload when running torrents... The attached HDD is going to sleep very often. My ISP's upload is 30MBit so it is not as bad.
If I run QBitTorrent on my laptop the upload is fine.
Has anyone same problem?

had it never better when I had this router, DM has been very very slow for me all the time for 2 years.

Maybe try to change the power settings so your hdd isnt going to sleep?

Are the ports open or do you use upnp?
