add manually compiled packages to entware-ng packages ?

I knew entware-ng is in archive mode, but my synology ds212+ is stuck to old linux kernel 2.6.32, and I wanted a newer version of aria2 1.34.0, the version in entware-ng package repo is 1.33.0.

Can I add my manually compiled package to the site so it can be used by others ? ( although I won't update code in entware-ng or entware-ng-packages repo because they were archived already )
