After internet outage, router assigned again ip but no internet connection

I did because they mentioned double nat-ing
That would imply that there is another router just upstream from yours that is doing NATing. In which case your router's WAN IP address won't be a public IP address. Are you sure you are getting a public IP address?

The quickest/easiest thing to do would be to re-enable NAT, and then reboot your devices. Then see if that makes a difference.

what do you see on asus-router WAN-port, is there 192.168.x.x pr 10.x.x.x than you got NAT on the modem and may have double-NAT.
If not (some other IP) it is a must to have NAT enabled on asus-router.

But even with Multi-NAT it should work fine without problem in default mode and standard internet access only.

Yes I am not that dumb. 70.x.x.x from my isp

Colin’s trying to help you. He’s a smashing fellow, extremely knowledgeable and gives up masses of his free time to help us all. You are an “Occasional visitor” with only 10 messages, so Colin has no idea what level you’re at: you could be someone totally comfortable with writing your own scripts. Equally, you might be someone who hasn’t a clue what NAT means. Colin has no way of knowing, with your being a new member. So, without wishing to be openly patronising, he’s trying to gauge your knowledge level and trying hard not to overwhelm you should you be a “noob”.

So please don’t be rude to him.

I said I am not that dumb, that is an insult to me and my lack of network knowledge, not an insult to everybody here helping me. I started over reset to defaults and then flashing the beta release on the sticky and unlike yesterday today it works. Thanks everyone for trying to help.

My mistake.

often seen strange things here, even factory reset is not really factory or at least not allways!
Otherwise it could not be that things dont work after factory or initialize.
And I have seen such things on my devices more than one time and only luckily (as I dont know why) overcome them after many tries and errors with resetting.
