I have an ASUS RT-BE86U, 6 months old with the latest ASUS firmware. I use it as a standalone router, not in a mesh configuration.
I frequently get these alerts from the ASUS Router mobile app.
First:
I searched for the cause of this and was surprised to not find much about it. Is this the router blocking malicious attacks and if so, is it routine activity that can be ignored? Or could it be a problem with the LAN port, a cable, a device on my network, or something else?
I don't actually notice any interruption in connectivity on any of my devices when I get these alerts. They have persisted through numerous firmware updates but I don't remember if I was seeing them when I first got the router.
