My boss just bought one and even purchased the DroboShare which is an extra cost add-on module that plugs into the USB port to give is a NIC. Loves the auto-magic of just plugging drives in and it auto-magically puts them in Raid1, or Raid5. Other than that, the DroboShare is very limited in configuration. He claims it only lets you set one user-name and password.

Drobo and Droboshare are single user products. Not meant for multi-user configurations.
