Arrow next of Client Status - Refresh?

Greetings to all.
I have noticed something today that I have never seen before in the Network Client -> Client Status.
Next to the Refresh button there is a small right pointing arrow.
Note that the arrow is not always present.

Pressing it will bring up the following view.

Mostly currious as to what is it's purpose ?
