And make sure to clear your browser’s cache, then close it and then restart it again.

Have you tried policy rules strict?
 
Do you have any custom settings at the bottom of the client config?

Sorry, I would start by removing all of the custom stuff above except for, remote-cert-tls server.
 
Do you have any other clients set up? 2 thru 5?

Is "Block routed clients if tunnel goes down" set to YES on any of them, running or not?
 
No one is using compression right now unless you are talking about lz4-v2
 
@DAVID LONG raised a great question above. Make sure you check that out.
 
If it is set to "no" and your laptop still doesn't have internet, there is something wrong with the laptop......right?
