Asus - DSL-N55U - Dual-Band Wireless-N600 Gigabit ADSL Modem Router

Netgear - DGND3700 - N600 WIRELESS DUAL BAND GIGABIT ADSL2+ MODEM ROUTER

based on my research these are two of the best and latest home Wireless Modem Routers right now. I would like some expert opinions on which one should I buy, and if there is a better ADSL Modem Router alternative.

Things I would like to see in a Modem Router:

* Good heat dissipation (it is hot in Italy :p)
* No need to rest every other day (like Linksys WAG320N :mad:)
* 4 users at the same time with stability
* Handle a lot of bittorent use without any problems
