Hi Guys.
I have the Asus RT-AC66U.
I havea 1 USB 3 external drive attached to my router.
I have a samsung smart TV Series 8 connected to the network via wifi.
I tend to store videos on my external drive and then stream them directly onto the TV.
The only issue is that i times the videos stops and i get a message saying loading - i assume this is buffering and it happens because the data transfer rate is not sufficient right?
My router has basic settings - i didn't do much tweaking.
What i noticed that if i rebout router it improves a bit and then it recurs.
Is there a way to improve this? I contacted asus technical support and they claimed that it might be a hardware problem yet i don't think so.
Anyone can help or had similar problem.
Ken
