Asus RT-AC87U both USB ports not working after short circuit.

Hi guys,

I plugged a usb cable into usb3.0 port of my ac-rt87u and it shut the router down and I couldn't power it up no more. I guess the device I was plugging had a short in it. After looking at the motherboard and thinking a bit a dc-dc converter (U4) was unsoldered (see the pic attached) and the router is now working but the usb ports are not. There's no power on usb ports. A new U4 was ordered and when putting it on the same thing happens. The router can't power up. There's still short somewhere after the U4.
So my hope maybe one here has a clue what it could be, or maybe even someone would be so nice to share the motherboard diagram of AC_RT87U with me so I could locate the fault. Your any help is highly appreciated!

Regards

Teymur.
