ASUS ZenWifi XT8 recent firmware versions, issues with google nest

I've found that recent firmware versions mean that my Google speakers cannot stream radio stations. Using version 3.0.0.4.386_46061 has no issues.

All other devices connect and perform well, it's just the Next speakers that get into a mess. UPnP is disabled.

I also tried the latest Merlin firmware and that has the same issue. Is this a known thing? Am I missing something?

Welcome to the forums @PLD.

'Recent firmware versions' means little, please be specific.

When you flash other firmware, are you doing a full reset (at least as a test, and without importing an old saved backup config file), before coming to the conclusion they don't work?

Have you used the 'Better Search' link at the top of the page to search for similar issues (or, using google with your query and www.snbforums.com appended to it, to only search these forums)?
