So far so good although more clients seem to want to connect to the primary despite optimizing.

I cannot seem to tie clients to a certain nodes with Lyra Aimesh. Any plans to integrate this?

For Lyra it is only possible if you are running the beta AiMesh 2.0 firmware.
Oh, my lyras running with 3.0.0.4.384.46249.

I guess by beta you mean 9.0.0.4.384_46629 beta firmware that is listed on the lyra page right?

In release notes, It doesn't say anything about aimesh though.

Security Fixed:
Fixed CVE-2020-25681, CVE-2020-25682, CVE-2020-25683, CVE-2020-25687, CVE-2020-25684, CVE-2020-25685, CVE-2020-25686

Please be noted this is a quick fix beta version for DNSmasq vulnerabilities. Refer to "Method 2: Update Manually" in https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1008000 to update this firmware.

No, the 9.0.0.4.386_41615 Beta which ligeza has been kindly sharing with us.

Can anybody give me an idea on why I have seen a couple on reboots on one of my xt8's this morning.

Anybody have any insight on what this message is about (BHC: Disconnected from CAP.) ?

Wouldn't such a high value, -55, be detrimental?

Having in mind how the roaming assistant is supposed to work (nudge the client off the AP).(?)
You are right that -55 is higher than -70, but this makes it more likely to be switched to the stronger node.

I would consider it a relative value instead of an absolute value. Its absolute accuracy is not as important as its relative difference and effectiveness on client roaming and/or client node connection stability.
