best Torrent settings while under a VPN ?

Hi I have a 200Mbps broadband connection and use Mullvad VPN provider and currently use utorrent.

I just wanted to find out if these settings sound good to other torrent users for best performance and speeds while under a VPN, I currently have port forwarding working using canyouseemy.org (green tick) and downloading onto an SSD which I found helped much better.

Here are my current settings:

Queuing

Disk Cache

Pretty much the defaults under Utorrent, I can cue up anywhere between 10-30 torrents in one go.

Are there any changes or recommendations ? thanks

The vpn server and the vpn configuration likely has more impact and is far more important than the utorrent settings
