Hey all,

RT-AC68U running RMerlin's 35_4 firmware. I have a repeating error in the system log, which although it doesn't seem to affect the performance of the router, I have no idea how to track down. Any help appreciated!

FWIW I am not currently running merlins firmware and I have the same logs on an AC68U, literally hundreds and hundreds of the same line.

miniupnpd is the service responsible for handling UPnP. Could you guys try to track down which UPnP-enabled software/hardware you have on your network, and see if it's one in particular causing this?

FYI:

I started getting the same error message last night on a recent RT-AC68U install. I traced it down to the MediaMonkey Server for UPnP/DLNA, which I had enabled. Thanks Merlin!

MediaMonkey

I'm also getting the 'operation not allowed' from the MediaMonkey application but does anyone know how actually to allow it ?
I've imported my music library into MM which is on a usb disk attached to the rt-ac68u router at the usb 3.0 port. I'm simply trying to edit the music properties (eg album title) - but it wont allow me to -> in the log you can see then 'miniupnp: operation not allowed'....
