D-Link introduced its latest outdoor POE access point, the DAP-3320. Designed for business applications ranging from SMB to enterprise, the new AP can be centrally managed, along with other APs, using D-Link’s Central WiFi Manager.

The DAP-3320 is a 2.4 GHz 802.11n device using a 2 dBi antenna and has a maximum link rate of 300 Mbps. Encased in a waterproof IP55 standard shell and powered over PoE, the DAP-3320 physical design offers businesses flexibility when it comes to installation and placement.

Other DAP-3320 features include a power saving mode, four operation modes – including AP, Wireless Distribution System with AP, WDS Bridge and Wireless Client, and support for up to 8 SSIDs for businesses that need to be able to split up their wireless services. For security, the DAP 3320 supports 64/128-bit WEP and WPA/WPA and has MAC address filtering, too.

The DAP-3320 has an MSRP of $159.99 and is available through VARs and retailers selling D-Link products.
