I am trying to help a friend put wireless in rather large church with blocks\concrete between buildings.
A stupid / newby question.

Can several N66U's be "daisy chained" (ex)

- Comcast cable modem to center building N66U where DHCP and WPA is defined

- hardwire from center building N66u to east building N66u

- hardwire from center building N66u to west building N66u

There will be no printing to disk sharing just internet access from any building.

Thank you
Ken

Sounds like your best bet would be a switch at the east & west buildings that is tied to the router at the center building.

If already have the three routers give it a shot, nothing to lose! If it don't work, then swap in a couple switches.

Forgot to mention usage.

It is used one day a week (sundays) for 1-2 hours max with 2-3 people in each building browsing the web.

Thank you
Ken

Yes he already bought 3 N66u's

How should they be connected and configured. Also want them to have the same SSID and Key for all buildings

The center building RT-N66U in Wireless Router mode (default) and connected to the Internet.
The east and west RT-N66U in Access Point(AP) mode, and hardwired to the center building RT-N66U.
