Datasheet AR1500/ AR7400 or AR7450/AR1540

Hi,

I am searching for the QualComm Atheros full DATASHEET of the ic's :

- AR1500 -> AFE/Line Driver IC or the AR1540
- Ar7400 -> MAC/PHY Transceiver or the AR7450

I dont need their 2 paged datasheet, i am searching for the full datasheet with name of the pins, schematic, max/min values,... But i can't find them

Am also looking for AR7420,AR7400,AR1500 datasheets,i have gone through the net but disappointed ,i didnt find any datasheet, iwant to go through the datasheets,can anyone help me please???
