For YouTube apps installed on iOS devices there’s nothing you can do. In a browser that supports addons one can use that.
Diversion cannot block YT video ads.
Brave's blocking on both iOS and Desktop works pretty well...

I think you are referring to this.

Which I have checked and this works to either regenerate or purge.

however after running both when I check the it in the router it never updates it.

Previously when I ran that script it would update it here.

I've also tried going to manage to upload the ca.crt and ca.key file but I find it still doesn't change this kinda weird unless i'm doing something wrong.

That‘s a browser, there‘s no YT app for iOS that blocks these ads.
my point was to avoid the YT ads, signing into YT through brave (rather than using the YT app) does a pretty passable job ;)

What advantages does this offer instead of using let’s encrypt?
For those that use pixelserv-tls it is a certificate that's already on the router. No third party involvement necessary.

No, run the ps option in amtm to re-issue the WebUI certificate.
thanks i'm updated now.

Is the ps command an hidden option as I don't see it listed

Sorry I thought it was there, on that screen though you can just type in ps and It will start running it.
That's what I did to update it just thought it would be listed in the menu maybe we can have it added :)

Is pixelserv-tls installed?
Enter which pixelserv-tls into the terminal.
ps would be an available option in i if /opt/bin/pixelserv-tls is found.
