Ekahau - USB Realtek 8812AU - 5GHz RSSI issue

Hi Everyone,

We use Ekahau Survey Pro a lot and have been satisfied so far with the results during heatmap.

Since a few weeks, we noticed that the signal strength measured on the 5 GHz is too good when compared to a mobile phone RSSI value.

We used the same dongle on another laptop and got same issue.

It seems that something has changed since few weeks resulting in fake heatmaps on the 5 GHz.

Has anyone faced such issues?

We are using the latest version of Ekahau 10.3.X with latest USB Drivers.
