Hey guys. Sorry for any grammar error, English is my second language.
I have 2x Lacie 3TB disks connected to my asus. Both have their own power supply. I have a Samsung smart tv as well.
Disk1 is called "photos"
Disk2 is called "Media", and have two folders in the root "movies" and "series".
I have two problems.
1. When both disks are connected, I get a error message in the FTP - settings, "wrong folderName when get permission".
2. In the mediaserver settings, I can choose the media server directory. I want to choose the root of the disk, so my two folders (Movies and series) are visible. But if I do this, I get a error message saying the file format is not supported when launch a file.
If I choose the directory to be either movies or series, any file works fine. But I have to edit the directory settings if I want to watch a movie later.
Hope someone knows what I am doing wrong. I have struggled with this the last month, and I am dangerously close to feeding my dog with my new asus router.
