Frequent DHCP alive blast from my windows 7 PC

every few minutes.
I have setted it with a reserved DHCP IP from the router.
Is there a way to avoid those DHCP requests?
I know someone suggest putting windows 7 in static mode.. but I don't really like this way.. If you begin using static configs you will have lot of work when changing something on LAN (like subnet..)

I just noticed this on my AC56U....I don't remember seeing those message that often.....looks like it is a normal thing though....not sure.
