Solved CAPTCHA on RT-AC87R Login

I just got a CAPTCHA confirmation on my RT-AC87R logging in. I've never seen that before. Is this a security feature in 382.52230? I have been doing a lot of reboot-login cycles playing around with IP reservations. It happened once, then returned to normal and has not come back. This seems a bit odd to me. Also, the little icon that displays next to the bookmark in my browser changed.

P.S. I did search with the forum selector turned off and got zip. Maybe it was tied to the server problem that's now resolved.
