Has anyone seen this before?

I went from factory firmware (R9000, latest) to Router Firmware Version (Voxel)
V1.0.4.14HF-HW.

All looked good but just now I noticed my FreeNAS LAN won't get an IP address any longer (DHCP broadcasts go unanswered, static reserved IP on the modem doesn't kick in either). There's no obvious reason for this problem except the upgrade to OpenSource firmware :/

Open to suggestions, if any

PS: going back to official firmware fixed the problem. My FreeNAS was immediately found again.
