Help: OpenVPN Cleint on RT-AX89X Says Connect, but PC has old IP

In the VPN Client section I added new VPN connection using .opvn file and my username and password.
I get Blue Connected Check-mark icon after pressing Activate.
But thats it, when I run an IP test on my PC I still get same old IP, same on mobile phone.
I googled it but even ASUS video shows no otehr steps after you press the activate button.

What am I missing?
