here's a weird one; such thing as an RJ45-NullModem-USB?

right now to connect to my routers having console ports from my Win7 desktop, I use a USB-to-serial adapter chained to a serial-to-crossover RJ45. would there be such an adapter that combines these, going from USB-to-crossover RJ45?

If you are connecting to Cisco ISR/ ASA/ CAT equipment or any devices that use a similar pin-out - e.g. HP-3Com (H3C), then yes, there are such all-in-one devices.
