Unfortunately I cannot. It seems either the problem is with the file or with the router. Is it adnormal for the router to slow down other people normal usage like web browsing ? Sometime it crashes

You are dealing with a consumer device, so yes, not unusual. Even SMB devices can suffer, but with planning and a QOS that actually works, you can deal with the situation. With consumer devices ... best solution may be scheduling the download to off hours for the rest of the users.
