How to throttle bandwidth hogs?

I want to throttle some bandwidth hogging clients which use my network (Asus RT AC66U 802.11 n/ac router). These clients make simoultaneous use of Skype, Music & 1080p video streams, p2p downloading etc...

I also want guest clients to be able to join my network only by using the network password and not by having to authorize their MAC address each time.

I believe that my router is not assigning fixed IPs to the clients.

I know the Mac addresses of the bandwidth hogging clients.

Please help me govern the bandwidth usage. Thanks in advance for your help!

some routers can impose a speed cap QoS settings.

Better yet - deal with it with social engineering.

Social Engineering...

Social engineering... wish it were that simple...
Can you teach me how to set this speed cap without limiting network guests? Please?
