Hi all,

if i want to use WinSCP from outside my network, then port 22 should be open. When i enter my IP addres (not local) but my outside IP WinSCP ask for a username and password (that must mean that port 22 is open, and i can access the equipment from outside?)

I live in a flat with a common internet in every flat there is a RJ45 wall mount where i should put my router in.

i've made a setup of how it looks like right now.

Can somebody tell me how do i get in connection with my flats IP? How does the Zyxel know where to route?

If i live in "Appartment 1"

Not necessarily. That only means it is accessible from the 10.20.0.x network.

To start with you need to know the real external internet address of the Zyxel, not the 10.20.0.1 address.
How does the Zyxel know where to route?
It doesn't. You need to have port forwarding rules setup on the Zyxel to tell it where to send the traffic.
