Ad Choices - way too agressive

last week or so, especially today
Ad Choices and HP ... I logged in, did three choices of items on the forum to look at, and each one had the same pop-up Ad Choice HP printer ad. Waste of their ad money. Aggravating to me. Grrr. Negative sell.

no, I'm not getting any pop-ups with firefox. You might have some unwanted add-on in your browser. Just guessing.

Using Chrome with AdBlock. No ads at all, pop-ups or otherwise.

You should see them only once per day, if at all. If you are seeing them more often, please let me know OS and browser.

I get them many times each day using Firefox. Every time I go from one thread to another thread in new posts.

Very irratating.

Hmmm. I'm using FF22 and haven't seen one yet. Did see one on my iPad this morning, though.

I'll check that the limits are in place. Could be a stuck cookie, so try clearing cache and/or cookies for the site if you can.

Found that the ad was being naughty and not obeying the limits properly. So it has been killed. Thanks for letting me know.

Just looking at the site at 16:55 AST (Same as Eastern time during the summer ) and the HP ad has popped three times.

Where are you geographically? Should be killed. Checking.

Is it the same HP ad? Did you try clearing cache and cookies?
