I have set up IP monitoring for a specific IP and set it to save to ram. How do I see the files or URLs being visited?

If you've set it to save to RAM then there aren't any files. If you choose "Custom location" you can specify a path on an attached USB drive.

Here is the thread you may want to look at. If you didn't want to do all that, may I suggest that you set the ip you want to monitor to use opendns. Go to opendns and open a free account I think. It will then log all the dns queries from your wan (ISP) ip. As long as you just have static ip on you network using opendns you will know all the traffic for it.
