New Around Here
I have an LG NAS N2R1DD2 that will not connect to the LAN. I installed a USB to RJ45 adapter and it still will not connect to the LAN. I can scroll through the menus and see the static IP.

My first question is can it be repaired and if so will someone suggest a repair company?
My second question is if it cannot be repaired can I get another cabinet and install the current hard drive into the new cabinet? Compatibility is my concern.

Usually, the only guarantee of that working is if the new unit is an identical model to the old one.

What is/was your drive configuration (raid level, number of drives, etc)? It may be possible to access the data using a USB-SATA cable.
