Without knowing that model at all, I would say, no.
 
Is it possible to disable any changes including changing router and Wi-Fi passwords on this router?
Did you try the reset button as you were advised on the level1techs forum?
After reset you can use the default login from the label on the bottom.
 
I don't think he wants a new password, he doesn't want the existing one being able to be changed.
