Hi.

I noticed several connections on the list of connections under asuswrt-Merlin, whose Tx and Rx numbers continually change. These are short term changes - seconds apart. Why would this be happening, and does it indicate a problem?

I’m using an RT-X3000.

TIA

Why would this be happening, and does it indicate a problem?

Because the Wi-Fi environment is shared and always changing. This is normal and doesn't indicate a problem.

Power management. This is normal.

Ah, yes - power management too. Some mobile devices may drop to 1-6-24Mbps in power saving mode. Examples:
