Not reaching maximum speed?

As shown below my modem is reaching 63.8mbps download and 19.99 mbps upload.

But on wired gigabit ethernet cat6 ( tried 2 different cable) and tried over 5ghz, im only getting around 57mbps down and 18mbps up. I tried differnt speed test websites and all show around the same?

Are you sure your screen shot is actually showing download/upload speeds and not the DSL sync rate? That could account for the 10% discrepancy.

Okay that makes sense. Out of curiosity, is there anyway to improve the sync rate? In my area 80mbps is achievable, what could be done to improve this?

Sorry, I don't have a VDSL connection or modem.

@thewizard1241 you can call the ISP and have them send a tech over to see what optimizations they can make.
