openVPN: push just one address, not Push LAN to clients

At my Asus router, OpenVPN server: Push LAN to clients is to allow any client coming to my VPNserver to connect to my entire LAN.

I need different thing: how to let this setting to off and just push one single LAN IP address to this VPN?

VPN server is tun22 and is set to 10.37.0.0. The only local IP address I want pushed to it is 192.168:1.5:5555

Aim is to have clients of this VPN server on my router being able only to connect to this single one IP address in my LAN.
