Thanks to everyone who responded and tried to help me with this problem. As it turns out the IT guy told my wife the credit card on file for office 365 had expired. He called her last night and updated the credit on file while speaking to my wife. As soon as he did her problem when away. Everything's is back to normal. Thanks for eveyones help.
