Overclocking an Asus RT-AC88U

Given that Asus has allowed / supported overclocking recent routers, it seems like this is a bug.

How do you report a bug like this ?
Not a bug....AFAIK it's a conscious decision on their part to lock things down. Sorry.
 
Disappointing as this router was overclockable in DD-WRT.

However, that's a different firmware.
 
doesnt overclocking shorten the life span of the router, if it was possibled id try it.

It does, but by then, it'll be time to buy a better router.​
hmmm... , stramge from what ive read its like the router, was designed to accept speeds, whith out too much ware and tear.
