Port forwarding with 2 routers

I spoke with ISP my ASUS settings are correct and there are no power issues.

It seems the router has problem handling PPPOE and the external HDD with traficc at the same time. Now I cleared the NVRAM of the router reduced the activity on the external HDD and so far working. Will see whether it lasts 1-2 days.
