I upgraded to the latest firmware recently from .276 and I did a factory reset before and after the update.
After I did the update and applied my settings manually, I tested the wireless and everything worked.
I logged back into the router with the WAN unplugged to change the firewall to log both dropped and accepted packets. After I was done testing my router with ShieldsUp, I unplugged the WAN and powered off my router.
Powered it back on to change the logged packet type. After changing only that, I clicked the log out button and the browser displayed a page with the text "You are logged out", with the login prompt to the router and it had the username filled in. Again, changing the logged packet type was done without any WAN connection and only one machine was connected to the router as shown in the Network Map. It was my computer through a physical connection.
I have logged into my router before and whenever I logged out, it would only display the "You are logged out" page. It never displayed the login prompt immediately after logging out.
I logged back in after closing my browser and clearing the cache. After confirm my firewall settings were saved, I logged out and there was no prompt like normal.
Does anyone know if the login prompt showing after logging out is a bug or something?
Should Samba and DLNA be enabled by default after the update? Found it was strange that after updating, these were enabled.
