Thanks for the corrections, I'll take a look at them in the coming days.
Thanks! I saw the commit, it leaves one more character to be changed in Advanced_VPNStatus.asp, line 23:
Code:

language="JavaScript"

Would it be possible to add a ddns address option section to the OpenVPN setup page?

Would be a waste of nvram space. Just edit the file after exporting it, and enter the correct hostname.

Merlin,

I just flashed this build on my AC3100 a little bit ago, and I did a factory reset like I always do. Then reconfigured all my settings. While doing this I noticed a couple things. I noticed when applying any changes I made on a page. the box would pop up saying "applying settings" but it would take between 5-10 seconds before the applying percentage would start. Happen repeatedly while reconfiguring the router. possible could be browser related... But I tried on both firefox, and chrome. Even F5'd to refresh to see if it would help, it didn't.

Secondly while redoing everything I notice certain settings I applied weren't being applied like they should. One way I noticed.. I use a certain wan mac address for my modem, and after inputting that mac address, normally within seconds after it's applied, my internet would be working, but it wasn't. Then I decided to hit the reboot button at the top of the page, it acted as if it was going threw the process of rebooting the router, however the router never rebooted. Also I applied for HW accelerator to be disabled, but once the applying process finished, it still showed as set to auto, and not disabled. I ended up pushing the power button on back of router, and after the router booted back up. All the settings I changed, seem to now be applied. So I don't know what exactly is happening, but currently doesn't seem like the applying setting changes are being fully completed as intended.

RT-AC68U_A1 -> Firmware: 380? 382? 384? ... I'm very, very confused :confused:

Having trouble with the Guest Network on the latest Alpha build, can't get it to enable/disable without rebooting my AC88u

Is the AiMesh supposed to be enabled/working with this firmware for the AC88U?

After more reading, maybe not. Just curious cause it was working on the AC68R version.

Stuck 384.3_alpha2-g5b8da38 on my RT-AC68U and everything seems OK. Unlike the transition from 380 to 382, it did keep my Trend Micro Statistics intact. I don't have wireless enabled or use VPN so not testing anything related to that. Thanks for your work.

Dear all,
I currently have problems with the alpha builds using OpenVPN client with the UDP protocoll.
It is very confusing, because I imported the settings from the files, given by the VPN supplier. With the original firmware of asus it works without problems. Even another supplier works with UDP. Could this behavior be related to the alpha 2 Firmware?
Any suggestions ?

UPDATE: I reflashed the orginal asus firmware , but the problem stays. So the problem isn´t related to Merlins firmware.....

a TLS error occurs:

New test builds should appear in the next few minutes on https://asuswrt.lostrealm.ca/test-builds containing security fixes.

Thanks for the next alpha @RMerlin, looking forward to install it.

Just out of curiousity: why is the third alpha named alpha2 (like the previous one) instead of alpha3? Is that because of the sources which are being used? I find my self sometimes flashing the same build as it's already running, because only the last part (ie. -g5b8da38) has changed which isn't necessairily in alphabetic sort order, so I have to check your OneDrive folder to check the time & date stamps to find out which is the latest. Not a big deal, just wondering if there's and logic behind it. It's not just this release, i've seen this earlier, but can't say exactly when that occured.

Only vulnerabilities have been solved in this 'update' ! no bugs. If you find it a problem, you can better keep the previous beta.

Hi @RMerlin , just curious to know where can we see the commits for 384.3. I don’t see the source in github.

Thanks.
