problem with wireless log missing ips gtaxe16000 running 3006.102.6

i noticed something strange in the wireless logs.. active machine connections with no ip address... i looked up one wyze camera and it is indeed active and DOES have an ip address..
the router where it is connected is not my main dhcp router..

the active dhcp lease is shown in the first screen shot

upgraded to 107 alpha same issue. beginning to thing the issues comes from main router (11000 pro) running 106.2 as access pt and the only dhcp server, with wifi disabled)

yes i have public ips. and there is another mikrotik router with firewall upstream.. so not my true main router but the one that gets one public ip and services dhcp and routes to my local private ips.. i have separate other upstairs and downstairs routers that do the actuall wifi.
