I installed ASUS WRT Merlin (378.55) on my RT-AC66U Router an figured out a problem with the WPS/WIFI switch on the backside of the Router.
I'm using only the 5GHz Wifi, the 2.4GHz is deactivated. In addition the WPS switch is changed to WIFI on/off functionality. As soon as I deactivate the WIFI and later on activate it again the 2.4GHz network is switched on in addition. It's happening always in the same way. Would be good if only the 5GHz network will be activated when 2.4GHz network is switched off in advance.
Is this a bug or did I setup something not correct?
