[Question] Redirect All Sites to an Image on my NAS

Hi,

I'm trying to make a test.
I'm looking to make one specific PC (if not, to any LAN PC) to point to an Image on my NAS or an URL if not, when they try to reach a website.

Is there any way to make this happen by setting it up on ASUS RT and not by touching host file?:D
