R7000 378.56_2 No Adaptive qos?

I recently updated my firmware to the latest build, and I no longer see Adaptive qos as an option. I also did not see it removed in the release notes. Has it been disabled in this build, or should I reflash?

I believe Xvortex removed it for legal reasons. Here is a post from another forum from Merlin.

(Adaptive QoS on a non-Asus router is in violation of the Trend Micro licence...)

Support for that fork is provided over in linksysinfo...Merlin doesn't provide support
