I've heard of folks having problems accessing the router via router.asus.com with Firefox. Well, I just upgraded one of my laptops to MacOS Ventura, and the same problem (at least using Edge and Safari).

On macOS - Go to Safari, Settings, Privacy

Turn off "hide ip address from trackers"

See if that helps...

icloud private relay is a different feature...

To protect this information, Safari can hide your IP address from known trackers. Select “Trackers and Websites” to have iCloud Private Relay also hide your IP address from websites you visit.
It seems to me that Apple will only use iCloud Private Relay to hide IPs, and only hides the IPs, not block them.

The domain asusrouter.com / www.asusrouter.com still belongs to Asus, you can use it.
The asusnetwork.net domain has been dropped by Asus, should not be used (even if it is working fine at the moment).
