Hello all! I recently upgraded my router from RT-AX86U to RT-BE92U. The transition has gone very smoothly with one small exception concering VPNs.
Since the introduction of Wireguard in Asus/Merlin firmware, I have had the following VPN setup:
1. WG Client towards 3rd-party VPN for WAN traffic
2. WG Server for use by phone/laptop when travelling in order to reach the LAN
3. VPN Director rule to route phone/laptop when travelling to the 3rd-party VPN for non-LAN traffic:
Post-router-upgrade, this no longer works. Clients connected to my WG Server cannot reach the LAN. It seems that ALL traffic is being routed via the 3rd-party VPN.
Has something changed with codebase 3006 vs. 3004? Or maybe a bug?
All comments are appreciated!
