Well, I just updated the firmware on my router, and since the log mentioned some IPv6 fixes, I thought I might as well try, this time with just native nothing else and it worked!
Most tests pass completely apart from https://test-ipv6.com/ that gives me 18/20 because of rdns.
So finally, after years of wondering, it works!
Of course it could also be something on my ISP's end that changed since last time I tried... I forgot when that was.
