Thecus with Windows Software?

Im looking into getting a Windows Server into my office and am looking for something small budget. Anyone have thoughts on how Thecus hardware will hold up with the Windows software?

PC Perspective did a review of the 2 bay server. Looking at the price the 2, 4 and 5 bay models seem pretty good.
