Thought this might be of intrest to you.

The Trendnet TEW-633GR you reviewed is hardware V1.0R and it has now been replaced by Hardware V1.1R

I sent a email to Trendnet to ask what has been changed and they sent the reply that the Vitesse VSC7385 has been replaced with a REALTEK RTL8366SR-GR chip but everything else onboard is the same as before.

I assume that apart from the USB print socket that it is now the same if not very simular to the SMC SMCWGBR14-N Barricade you reviewed as that uses the Realtek chip.

It's actually a pretty near clone of the D-Link DIR-655 A4

Just thought i'd mention it incase you hadn't noticed and wanted to add a footnote to the review that anybody buying the TEW-633GR will get Revision 1.1R.

Are they all pretty much the same company or just have clone network equipment.

I don't think U-Media makes the D-Link. But I don't know for sure.
